Some of our groups allow visitors to have one taster session. If you wish to know more, contact our Groups Coordinator using the “groups” link on the contact us page. Please do not attend a group meeting without prior permission from the group leader. Group leaders are not required to justify their decision.
The Tai Chi group meet regularly at The Scout Hut in Woolwell.
We have a lovely instructor, Aklak, who while encouraging and teaching us also really looks after us.
Though Tai Chi is all about balance and yin and yang, its slow and measured movements are surprisingly challenging!
